SOIL 499 - Soil and Site Evaluation
| This course is
designed for those students who wish to gain field
experience in soil description, classification, and
interpretation of properties. During the Fall semester,
students participate in the Northwest Regional Soils
Contest which is hosted by University of Idaho, Oregon
State University, Montana State University, or Utah State
University. During the Spring semester, students travel
to the National Soils Contest which hosted by various
universities from around the US. The 2000 Contest will be
hosted by the University of Idaho, April 24-28, 2000. |
