Tae Gwan Kim

(Please call me "TK")

I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Plant, Soil and Entomological Sciences at the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. I  have been very interested in Biological Control and Bioremediation by Soil Microorganisms.  Now, I am focusing on Trichoderma harzianum as a Biocontrol and Bioremediation agent.  I am so happy to study this area of science.

If you have a question, please send me an email. My email address is:  kim8661@uidaho.edu.

"The change of bacterial community structure in soil according to C:N ratio".

B.S. degree from the Department of Agricultural Chemistry, Konkuk University in Seoul, Korea in 2001.

Research Interests

When I was studying at graduate school, I realized my true interests lay within the field of advanced research of Bioremediation and Biological Control as plant-microbe interaction. Ultimately, my aim in my researching life is to discover “the real microbial world”.
